We booked as a group and they definitely weren’t prepared for us. The space for waiting was very limited - and the lights stopped working! The communication was good but it would’ve been better for them to tell us they weren’t really set up for group bookings. They tried hard to look after us but were 30 minutes late with the first appointments, one of the group waited 10 mins on the massage table! We had other plans and so had to cancel one of the manicures.

The therapists were great. It was the first time my daughter had been for a treatment and she loved the experience. Some of the areas were a little tired looking and the room I was in for my facial seemed particularly small - I could hear the therapist trying to quietly move around the bed but there was no space! A lovely treat at the end of our hotel stay. Thank you
