When I looked in the mirror after, I realised they’d taken off an obscene amount of eyebrow… I looked like I had gone back to the 90’s. Despite me saying clearly I just wanted a tidy and to keep them thick (they’re also not even).
I didn’t complain in the spa, as the damage was done and I just wanted to get out but I’m incredibly disappointed and won’t be returning - which is a shame (having gone to Vervena for years).
