There was a problem with my booking through Wahanda - Vervana had not received confirmation of it at 4pm on that day so I turned up and did not have an appointment. They were really apologetic and offered me the first available which was on the following Tuesday. I got a call at just gone 4 and they said they had had a cancellation that day at 5pm so to come back. It was great customer service, and my nails were done really well. Would definitely recommend

I received a very warm welcome, didn't have to wait long, the salon is very modern and bright and clean and I was comfortable in the room. The hot wax was very quick and efficient and the lady doing the wax was fantastic. In fact it was the least painful and most 'pleasant' wax I've had. I'm definitely going back!
