Kat is a perfectionist so I knew that I was in safe hands! Nothing was rushed - she spent time drawing out what my eyebrows would look like and made sure that I would be happy with them, as well as determining the best colour for my skin tone.
Kat was chatty and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. She let me know what to expect in terms of aftercare and I'm so happy with the result!
