This visit was perfect. It was easy to get there with various buses, despite some road work. It was clean and ambient inside and the waxing went quickly and the least pain I've experienced with such a treatment. The staff was absolutely lovely. Only surprise was the state of the business downstairs, but this is just an unfortunate neighbour.

Friendly, accommodating staff. Have been visiting salon for quite a long time.had various treatments all good. I do have a lot of allergies and skin irritations in daily life. Most products these days seem to have added additional fragrances all of them are allergens to me. Staff are now trying to source a non fragranced product for me. I am confident that they will do their best to do so. Excellent customer service.
