I was invited back to have my treatment again after being disappointed with my first treatment.. I haven’t been disappointed since. Kat is really good at shellac nails and you can tell she really cares about the business, her clients and her employees.
I booked and paid for both my hands and feet for the treatment but only needed my hands redoing so she said I can come back another time when my toes need to be redone - I think this is really good customer service and I really appreciate it.
