I have been here a couple of times and will definitely go back. Erin, who waxed me was absolutely lovely. Been to a lot of places for waxing but this is definitely the least painful using hot wax

The service st Aurora is second to none. It has just the right mix of being relaxed but highly professional. Louise, who did my nails, has nearly 20 years experience and this is reflected in the comments I get from others about my nails.
I doubt you can get a better service from any other salon in Liverpool. 10/10

Louise is lovely!
Her hospitable nature makes it easy for a first timer to feel welcomed.
She did a thorough and phenomal job on my pedi...however, the pedi was advertised as a luxury and lacked a few "luxury" items...for e.g. A more comfy chair or massage/spa chair. There was no real luxury spa feel. Lacked intimacy with only the therapist and the client.
No ambient spa music playing in the background.
I will return for another pedi.
