Unfortunately, when I arrived for my appointment, none of the hair salon staff were present. Only the nail team was there at the time. I made several attempts to contact someone using the number provided in my booking confirmation, but was unable to reach anyone. As a result, I eventually had to leave. I did receive a call from your team later, but by that point, I had already left.
