Unfortunately, when I arrived for my appointment, none of the hair salon staff were present. Only the nail team was there at the time. I made several attempts to contact someone using the number provided in my booking confirmation, but was unable to reach anyone. As a result, I eventually had to leave.
I did receive a call from your team later, but by that point, I had already left.

I went in for a simple trim and blow dry, but I was genuinely delighted with the result. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and the blow dry was so beautifully done, far beyond what I expected. I felt amazing afterwards, and my husband couldn’t take his eyes off me all day. Thank you for such a lovely experience! I’ll definitely be back!
