Having spent the past 2 years experimenting with a mixture of bleach and various crazy colours, *at a different salon) my hair is not in the best shape. I had asked friends for recommendations and after hearing good things about another hairdresser at this salon, I eventually booked with felicity after viewing her online portfolio. Her expert knowledge as a colourist was immediately evident and she did a great job of setting realistic expectations. Very happy with the results.
