From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel truly special. The atmosphere was so welcoming, and I instantly felt at ease. I wasn’t 100% sure how to explain the look I wanted — all I had was a picture for inspiration — but Fliss just got it. She knew exactly what I was aiming for and absolutely smashed it!
