This was my second visit and as with the first I came out feeling sore (the good sore) knowing that the knots in my muscles have been dealt with and that I will be able to move better. Though I try my posture at my work desk is not the best and both treatments have helped me overcome the daily pressure I put on myself. Will definitely be back!!!
