The facial was great and my skin felt amazing afterwards, but there were a couple of things off… I got in 20 minutes late even if I booked it really early in the morning, the girl was super nice but at some point she put her headphones on and I could hear the noise coming out of them, which was very distracting and definitely not relaxing… Not the best experience overall.

Not up to standard for the cost! Rushed through, room not set up properly for the treatment and unprofessional staff. Not what you expect for facial waxing costing nearly £27!!

Great massage and great spa!! Only comment (which isn’t worth giving less stars, honestly) is that they could open up slightly earlier. Doors opened on my arrival and Had to wait for them to set up, not for too long though, but it did start the experience on a bit of a weird one. However still highly recommend. Great massage and they seem super lovely
