So lovely to return here where everyone is welcomed, treated to a free aromatherapy head and shoulders massage, a full detailed consultation and a cup of tea as part of their customer experience. Sophie pays attention to all the things that make you feel comfortable too. Your position at the wash basin, your seat in the cutting chair and she’s a very good conversationalist. Oh yes …..and the cuts superb, feathery, light and easy to maintain. Why bother with the west end or loud noisy salons in you know where’s shopping centre. This is the crème de lA crème.
