Absolutely thrilled with my consultation today the team are fantastic and have so much knowledge about Skin. I booked last minute through Treatwell with Gemma she made me feel so much at ease about my skin took me through step by step about the procedure that will be carried out.
I was recommended to go to this clinic by a friend who recently had a consultation and also had a brilliant experience this is to place to go if you want your skin fixed.

I am disappointed in my experience with Gemma. My first booking was red light therapy. The entire visit, she was trying to sell things. I was manipulated into paying £99 for the promise of a facial and to try the laser for red spots on my face. When I came back for that appointment, I was 8 minutes late. The facial went and I asked about the laser afterwards. Gemma said this didn’t happen because I was ‘15 minutes late’. She never informed me of this change. I feel tricked and lied to.

Facial was ok, nothing special but the whole experience was very unrelaxing as the therapist spent the whole time trying to sell me future facial packages.

I booked in for reflexology/lymphatic drainage massage. This was lovely but just specific to legs and feet.
I initially went for anti-aging facial but upgraded to hydra lift facial. A little bit more than I was planning on spending on myself but skin has been great:)
Gemma is very experienced and makes you feel at ease.
