I really enjoyed my time here. Gemma was very friendly, helpful and recommended something different to what I had booked due to my concerns. I had a fully body massage which was fantastic and a hydrafacial. Room was comfortable, clean and relaxing.

I was not given the treatment I had pre-paid for due to a small breakout and was not given an option to rearrange. Instead I was offered a different treatment. All staff were nice.

Five star all the way my god i went in today I can’t believe how friendly the staff is here they are so welcoming very friendly I went in for wax and enquired about Laser as I’m fedup of waxing the knowledge they have is next level I definitely be using them again. I seen there new skin scanner it’s absolutely next level luxury

Unfortunately was not really a relaxing experience - felt pressured to buy more/pay for more appointments consistently throughout the treatments which was a bit awkward - asked not to treat a sensitive area of skin which was treated anyway - definitely wish I read reviews before booking for a relaxing day off treat to myself
