The salon and the treatment were ok, however the pushiness to sell more sessions directly right after kinda put me off. I fully appreciate the wish to secure custom but asking to sign up immediately and then calling persistently 15 minutes later was just a bit much.

I really enjoyed my time here. Gemma was very friendly, helpful and recommended something different to what I had booked due to my concerns. I had a fully body massage which was fantastic and a hydrafacial. Room was comfortable, clean and relaxing.

I was not given the treatment I had pre-paid for due to a small breakout and was not given an option to rearrange. Instead I was offered a different treatment. All staff were nice.
