First starting to upsell me during my wax about chemical peels. I felt pressured and agreed for one chemical peel. Then upsold me for 3 for 2 chemical peels. They initially told me the peel is £199 each, then I told them I cannot afford it then they told me it would be £100 each, then I said I would buy 1, then they upsold me for 3 for 2. But on treatwell, the chemical peels are £47ish-£75. they upsold me to add a facial to the peel, i said yes and they tried to upsellFor2More

Really enjoyed my facial today. Gemma was so polite and welcoming. The atmosphere was perfect. Gemma explained what further treatment she thought would be good to give my skin a boost, which I then didn’t hesitate to book! Left with such clean soft skin! Can’t wait for my next visit.
