I hadn't been to a hairdresser for about 5 months, so my hair was out of shape and scruffy, but Yvonne did a great job. Talked it through with me, and then explained what she was doing every step of the way. Really pleased with the cut. This was the first time I had used Treatwell - recommended by my daughter - and I liked being able to pay and book the appointment all in one (I get flustered on the phone, so on line booking is great for me).

My appointment was for 10.00 and I arrived a few minutes early and the shop was not yet open which was a little disconcerting! I returned a few minutes later and it had opened. The staff were lovely and I wasn't kept waiting.
I was very pleased with my nail treatment - my only reservation would be the lack of choice of Shellac nail colours. Most of the colours were very bright and I would prefer more subtle, muted colours.
I will definitely go again before I go on holiday as there was a coral colour I liked.
