Not a great experience, neither worth the amount I paid. Facial was expensive but does not look like I had it. Rung the following day to express my concern which was totally ignored by imrana and she did not listen to my whole conversation and hung the phone on me. Tried to speak again but she did not answer the phone. I have a big scratch mark at the front of my nose and one on the side. Horrible experience and will never choose this parlour ever a
