I booked semi-permanent colour and believed that was the service I had been given, I was informed it was Inoa colour at the appointment however as I am not a hairdresser I assumed this was the semi-permanent colour I had booked and requested. I have recently visited a new hairdresser as my hair went orange and they informed I was lied to and given a permanent dye. This is why I have given it one star
