1) No appropriate high chair for kids. My 3yr old daughter was sitting on a pillow and a pile of 6 towels that wasn't comfortable to sit on for 20 minutes.
2) 3yr old kids require some engagement and flexibility. You can't expect them to stare exactly into the direction you tell them.
I honestly think my daughter did pretty well considering her age but it wasn't a good experience. Other kids hairdressers were better and made some effort to entertain her whilst cutting the hair.
