Incredibly rude man. No consultation before hair wash. My hair looks like I’ve cut myself layers and when I questioned it at the end he patronised me saying yes they are layers. Will be sending photos to treatwell and requesting a refund. Awful experience. I have been here a few times before and thought I’d always go back but never again. So angry I just wasted my money and am now left with this dash job of a hair cut.

"I asked to keep same hairstyle and just cut my hair. Unfortunately, I left with curly hair and I didn’t realise how short are front hair. Looks like super short in front and long the rest.
I have to book another appointment for someone to fix it.
Friendly staff and nice environment but unhappy with my hair. “
