Overall I left hating my hair and colour it has to be hands down one of the worst hair colours I have ever gotten and worst feeling ever when you’re told it’s like that because your itchy from the bleach so we had to take the bleach off. It looks like a job I had done at home and on too had to pay for a toner and they tried to make it sound all great by giving me £10 off. Not only did I feel rubbish I had to pay for something absolutely horrific.customer service was nice not the hair though.

English speaking barrier, I needed a reshape and if you can’t communicate with your stylist it’s very hard to get what you actually want, I’ve come in and sat in the chair and the whole salon was empty and all staff were around me translating what I wanted for my hair . When they told me it was £210 to bleach the bottom half of my hair (peekaboo colour) I told them I couldn’t afford that! and they all laughed at me for not being able to spend 210£ in a living crisis ! (5-6staff) How embarrassing
