They didn't tell Treatwell that my normal hairdresser had left. As a consequence I was left with an unknown person who I didn't trust to make the cut.
I even called them as I was running let and said I had a cut with Omar. They didn't mention he'd left until I arrived

I had high expectations for this experience having read the reviews but unfortunately was left very disappointed at the overall service and the quality of the cut. I had an example of the style of haircut I wanted and he didn’t once consider the haircut nor take the time to ensure he’s cutting the correct amount so I sadly have to live with a haircut that’s 1) not what I asked for 2) doesn’t suit me whatsoever - which resulted in him laughing at me. Horrible service and would not recommend.

I have been in London for 8 years and have struggled finding a place where they know how to do bond hair. From my first visit here it was perfect I don't have to even stay what I want I let them do their job and it's always amazing.
