Excellent experience today. I’m annoyed with myself for not getting the name of the lady who did my Hollywood wax as I want to make sure I ask for her in future. She’s been at the salon for a month and previously worked in London. TAs well as being lovely and putting me at ease she did an excellent job, really quick and I hardly felt a thing - not something I often say after a wax 😃

Not a bad massage but slightly put off by the cleanliness of the store, the whole experience felt quite rushed and the lady although lovely was 10min late to get started but still finished bang on half past, so I paid for half an hour and got 20 minutes. There was also no communication before about allergies/preferences to oil, so the oil was put straight on my head and had a very strong fragrance, I didn’t mind but it was very very strong and could have caused problems for someone else.

A very messy wax, left lots of hair and was more painful than normal. Has now grown back really quickly. Not worth £40! Can get better for cheaper elsewhere!
I feel awful saying this as the lady was lovely but it wasn’t a good wax.

I booked a facial but got a lengthy, very oily massage, including my scalp. When she finally applied a mask, she left the room. The mask started to sting so I called out 4 times without response. I got up and removed the mask myself. I was horrified at the state of my hair - it was so oily it was standing on end. I got dressed and was trying to do something with my hair when she reappeared. She did not get why I was upset - offered more massage! Didn't get to eyebrows.
