I never want to leave a bad review but sadly this treatment wasn’t great. Extremely hot wax, painful removal (had this many times before and not experienced slow juddery removal), and missed areas. Went to supplement removal with strip wax…. No, no, no, I booked hot wax. Left ok but wouldn’t book again. Expensive top end price range for this so will sadly go elsewhere next time.

I booked a neck shoulder and back massage but she mainly tickled my head and made my freshly clean hair full of oil and matted! She then told me to lay on my back with my breasts exposed with no towel to cover me whilst she rubbed the side of my neck. Anyone could have walked in and saw me like that. I had to physically hold my breasts so that I wasn’t exposed

I have been going to Aura Beauty for more than 1 year, I always have my manicure and pedicure done there but this time around I gave it try at Hollywood Waxing and absolutely loved it. My therapist was Mumtaz and she was very professional, friendly and most importantly the waxing was quick and pain free. I will definitely go back and I absolutely recommend it.
