Pre paid on treatwell but staff tried to charge me £25 extra (so £45 total) to have gel polish on toes with pedicure. When I declined she applied just one coat of regular polish with no top coat or base coat which I had to take off the next day. Also tried to charge me extra for painting my gel nail extensions (who would pay for bare extensions??) And one of the nails broke the following day. The salon and towels were dirty and the cup of tea offered had sour milk in it. Would not recommend
