Jira is lovely and always brilliant on the face and neck massage especially. The nail bar is noisy sometimes but it never bothers me as I'm too relaxed 😁

I hate to write this, but my experience of a full body massage was awful. bit of delay but it's understandable, tools were used and one got stuck in my hair and it had to be cut out. the massage lasted 50 minutes. no partial refund, no apology.
