I had my appointment for cut wash and blow dry. I felt the stylist was a trainer and had a very little experience, the blow dry was so worst it looked like she just dry my hair with very loo heat so it was not a proper dry at all. My hair looked so unhealthy. The water was not warm enough so wasn’t a proper wash. It was so disappointed that I paid £35 for such a rubbish job. Total waste of money! No wonder this place is so quiet all the time!!
Hair Colouring
I waited outside of the salon like for more than 30 minutes.no one showed up. I couldn’t refund because there was no option . This is sad. I complained to treatwell dont know if gonna have the refund.
