Standard service for wash and cut. At this point I was happy. However very little attention to listen to what I was after on the blow dry. I’ve had hundreds of blow drys, and this was about the worst with freshly cut ends looking frizzy. I asked for an American blow dry with bounce from root to tip, and got a flat top with badly straightened lengths which they then decided to curl iron the tips of (which they tried to charge me for). Result was pretty awful. This was sadly very underwhelming.

I had a great experience, Asma was welcoming and did an amazing job! I got an eyebrow waxing and a haircut. I was really satisfied with the results and I got a lot of compliment for my hair! I've been going there for about a year now and I'm never disappointed! I totally recommend it!
