DO NOT BOOK HERE.
Amateurs with cheap productsAsked for a simple balayage in my lovely ashy blonde hair (pic 1). Roots shouldn't been touched, just wanted a lovely sun kissed glow of blonde hair.
Ended up with burnt orange hair in the same tone (pic 2 & 3). I cried on the chair at the salon, tried to fix it and they made it worse. My hair is burnt, orange and an abomination to what it used to be. Embarrassed to be seen without my hat on.
It cost me double to get it fixed, and yet I'm unsure when it will get back to being orange...
Asked for a refund and they asked to 'fix it'. I would NEVER let them touch my hair again
Do yourself a favour and pay the extra £50 - you'll be happier in the long run!
