Asma and the 3 other staff members are extremely welcoming, polite and hard working. Asma accommodated me last minute offered tea, offered to warm it, and made sure I was 100% happy with the treatments I had. She constantly shows showed deep kindness and professionalism and I will always be using her services.

Got a full set of hybrid extensions on my last visit and loved them but they had all fallen out after 6 days! Revisited after two weeks to get a new set when it should have been infills and whilst they did the full set they wouldn’t refund me for the set that was not up to standard and both appointments irritated my eyes so much that they watered the entire time
