The women working here are super lovely and polite. However, in my previous experiences, the microneedling pen is automated to puncture the skin at consistent depth/regularity. Instead, she used her own hand to manually needle my skin, which meant an inconsistent pressure and the worst pain I've experienced. (And I have a lot of microneedling experience).
I have still rated the facial quite highly as ultimately it did the job.
