My view is that the stylist is not qualified to cut hair. The haircut itself was done in 5 minutes - she didn't section the hair to cut. I was concerned that the quality of the cut was poor, and so went to another local salon for a second opinion. The hair stylist at the second salon confirmed my concern and fixed my hair. I emailed the salon to complain and tried to call the next day with no response. I also complained to Treatwell and the salon refused to offer any compensation.
