The salon was overbooked leaving the therapist rushed & stressed. The blow-dry has lasted well, but the hair cut and treatment was rushed, too much length was taken off, and the whole experience felt stressful. Cheaper salon, cheaper experience.

Zara was amazing! She gave me one of the best haircuts of my life, listened exactly to what I wanted, explained everything she was doing as I mentioned I’d have bad haircuts in the past and she wanted to continually put me at ease that she wasn’t about to chop all of my hair off, and was all round just kind and welcoming. Will be back!
