Had two people for treatment, 1st one didn’t know what she was doing and only left the steam on for a facial for less than 5 minutes. Therapist changed half way through and 2nd one was constantly on the phone during the treatment. Won’t book again.

The massage was ok, the masseuse answered a phonecall during my massage which was disruptive to relaxation. They could put some tissue paper around the crevice where your face goes in, for added hygiene / less sweat and marks on the face. It smelled a little bit funny so I was wondering whether or not the surface had been wiped / disinfected. One can hear the nearby room, walls are thin. They were so very friendly and I feel bad for writing this but I hope it will can them to improve!
