The wash haircut and blow-dry at the salon was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and professional. The stylist Hannah was very skilled. The haircut was quick and nicely done, exactly the way I wanted. I would definitely recommend it.

The girl who did my facial was very friendly and the facial itself was okay, however the treatment rooms are very small and uncomfortable and felt unclean. I didn’t get a towel to lay on but instead had to lay on paper on top of the treatment bed.

My haircut was not at all what I asked for - much shorter than I thought and very choppy. My front strands were supposed to be long face framing pieces and I've been given horrible curtain bangs. Also was stood on my feet for most of my haircut which should have been a telltale sign it would be awful.
