Staff demotivated and moody
Towel was wet made me cold during my massage
No consultation on arrival
Owner of the salon does not engage or make you feel welcome
Poor quality of massage - and no customer care skills
Overall absolutely awful to feel like because I had booked through groupon I got mistreated. But it may just be it is a poor salon in general.
