There was lots of flies in the venue I told Sara she said I am new and do not know what to do. When I went in the treatment room for massage there was no towel to cover me I took one off the radiator it was damp and covered I dye. I explained this to Sara she got a small hand towel which just covered my bottom. The rolled up towel which is there to put your face on, it smelt.
Sara only did my back no front of arms legs etc down. Pedicure nail were not cut properly or filed straight nail polish
