Very good facial with ESPA products. Would have been nice to have spa music playing softly in the background in the relaxation room and maybe also an ESPA candle burning; |alternatively incense sticks. Pool lovely and very clean.
Not worth the money, facility is leisure centre and was way too busy at times with classes going on. Definatley NOT a spa day as had access for use of facility for approx two hours before the short massage.
Do not recommend this offer through last minute.com.
Massages were good and the members of staff very attentive. I would go back again. A negative is they changed the times I requested for second massage and they couldn't explain why that happened.
Sauna and Jacuzzi should be more quiet and not close to the pool.
Had a lovely day, staff were very friendly and welcoming and happy to help . Woud definitatey go back there again and recommend Atlas Spa to all my friends and family :)
I loved the look of the place when we walked in as I was worried by it being inside the sports centre and I was taking a friend as a birthday gift. It was just like a spa and you didn't imagine you could be anywhere else. The Spa is very small so they are very limited on facilities so we had to go through the sports centre to use their pool which spoilt the spa feeling slightly. The pool was full of people from the spa but didn't feel as nice as other places I had been to with their own facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and more than helpful and the Spa was spotless and was constantly being tidied and the drinks and glasses were refreshed frequently. The hot stone massage and facial were amazing and the therapists very professional. The only thing which they need to review in my opinion was the pedicure room door was left open and on the same corridor where I was having a facial so once the other ladies began talking it was really noisy and spoilt the relaxation for me. Would definitely visit again
