Atlas is exactly what we were looking for... amazing service, friendly staff and calming atmosphere. We've been twice now, both on a Saturday and it's not busy at all.

On arrival the spa looked clean and tidy, calming atmosphere, members of staff were very polite and helpful. Showed us around told us everything we needed to know. Treatments were on time and delivered professionally. Body polish was great, one of the best treatments I’ve had, a lovely facial, great massage but unfortunately the manicure was quite poor. Nails chipped within 24 hours, too much of a gap left where polish should have been applied and base coat used instead of top coat at the end. Improvements needed on manicures.

Our therapist Beverley welcomed us to the spa in a friendly and professional manner. We both enjoyed our treatments very much. I would highly recommend her. We were happy to find very few other customers there (Friday afternoon) so had nearly all the spa to ourselves!

Lovely atmosphere. I was made to feel welcome straight away, shown around the facilities with everything explained. The treatments were bliss! Overall a very relaxing spa day.
