The treatment room didn't feel very clean. The lady who waxed my arms was very pleasant but at the end of my treatment another lady burst into the room which I didn't find very professional as I could have been undressed. The waxing treatment was fairly cheap for London so I would possibly go back if I didn't want to pay more than £10 elsewhere.

I'm very sensitive and have a low pain threshold, Gina was very conscious of this and made me feel very comfortable. Possibly the most painless Hollywood I've ever had.
