I didn't get the massage I'd booked- with hot compress - disappointing. I felt the masseuse was going through the motions. She seemed fed up.

I had a last minute booking for which they had no idea. Appt time 5.30 delayed for 36mins before I was called in at 6.06. Therapist kept talking on the phone for instructions about me. In between, there were more messages from the phone that she checked thinking I wasn't aware. Quality of massage was average and she was nice enough. Scrub was poor with some areas scrubbed so much I had to ask her to stop. Head massage was poor.To top that, she finished 10mins early which I kinda expected sadly..
