The staff were nice but the lady who did my wax was just in the room watching me take off my clothes instead of giving me time to get ready. No tissues or wipes in the room. Then the wax wasn't done properly and I had wax left on my skin - had to go home and wipe it all off myself. Wasnt very painful at least.

This was the worst visit by far. Firstly therapist was 25 minutes late, I then got wax all over my new manicure because she kept putting wax on my hands. To follow, she left the used strips on the bed which got stuck to my feet and to top it off she moved my legs to wax an area and burnt my knee on the hot wax pot. Some areas were also unwaxed as she did not do it consciously. Safe to say I had the worst experience and WILL NOT be returning.
