great massage. massage was on time and the therapist applied the perfect pressure I wanted.

The treatment room seemed fine but the therapist had us sit in a chair to do the head massage. I’m not sure if this is standard practice for this salon but it was very weird to us and highly uncomfortable for our necks. The therapist also scratched us a lot and it ended up being painful rather than relaxing. There were some issues with confirming payment as they hadn’t checked Treatwell beforehand. Overall, it was quite a poor experience.
