Please don’t think I am here to complain. You sent a feedback form and I am trying to be honest.All in all lovely but there were fundamental issues:
1. therapist did not ask the pressure I would like.
2.I said please you can put pressure she didn’t respond. I thought she did not hear so I repeated again. her colleague answered this is not a deep issue massage. Trust is I could not feel her atall!
3. Someone who does this on often basis knows what massage is.4. My friend also have same feedback
Deep Tissue Massage
We enjoyed an hour chilling out in the spa prior to our treatments. This was plenty as it’s quite small, but does offer sauna, steam room & jacuzzi.
The treatments were very relaxing and went by too quickly! The massage was very enjoyable but could have been a little stronger (I was asked re the pressure once and it was great in that moment, but then it eased off)
The facial felt luxurious with great smelling products. Renice(?) was friendly, gentle and considered in her approach. Thank you!
