I have been here before about ten years ago and it was amazing. They have not renovated since and it is quite dated. I would say the massage was poor by a very junior therapist and not worth the price paid. May have been the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life actually. Felt like someone’s stroking rather than massaging. Recommend other spas in London like St James Sofitel

It was lovely experience, and really enjoyed, however the changing rooms could be cleaned more carefully? By the time we went there, everywhere was with someone hairs and I did not particularly feel comfortable, someone could mop a few times perhaps? I know all staff members were working hard to remove used towels and gawns though!

Excellent service and professionnal, however, there should be a very strict no phone policy since someone ruined part of our experience by having not only one phone call but also a FaceTime!
Apart from that little issue, it was a fantastic experience and we highly recommend it!
So overall a solide 4,5/5 that could have been a 5 stars without that annoying guy.
