We were received by the person at the reception with a great friendly manner.
We were checked on good intervals to see that we were comfortable.
The change rooms were adequate for a party of four. Felt that the laundry from previous guests should have been removed.
Had a young guest with a parent in the spa which was rather inappropriate while we were using the spa.
The therapists were amazing and knowledgeable on the facial products.

The only thing was that my appointment was at 11.30 so I thought that was the time for my treatment but the treatment time was actually 12:30. This needs to be made clearer when booking.

The beginning of the experience was really enjoyable, the spa had lovely facilities that are kept very clean. The massage was enjoyable, unfortunately the rest of the experience was negatively impacted after the masseuse passed wind, which I understand can happen. Initially we all had a laugh but the rest of the treatment felt lacking as the masseuse was unable to gather herself, disrupting the atmosphere and preventing her from completing the treatment to the best of her ability.
