Had a fantastic time! The spa was excellent and the staff were really helpful, they even gave my boyfriend a cake as it was his birthday! Facial and massage were wonderful too, definitely recommend!

The Spa was ok nothing special. No drink offered after the treatment
No one on the desk when we left otherwise we would have informed them that we were disappointed with our treatment.
We booked a deep tissue at £140 which is expensive in my mind, but if it was special I would not begrudge this cost.
It was more a Swedish massage. We asked the therapists to give more pressure, my therapist did a bit more but my daughters didn’t really make any difference. All in all our treat was just ok.

My sister was very pleased her therapist seemed confident and skilled. In contrast, my therapist appeared very shy and unsure. The body scrub felt rushed and not properly done and the massage lacked technique. It was clear she was new and was often copying the other therapist rather than following her own training. For a spa of your standard, I would expect all therapists to be fully trained before delivering treatments especially considering the cost. I left feeling quite unhappy with the expe
