Terrible massage. Therapist has no interest and was going through the motions. Worst massage I have ever had, and that is saying something. I stopped the treatment after 20 minutes.

I didn’t have facial but had 45 min massage, it was so good I slept off and 2 lovely masseurs were so patient with me and my friend. the lovely lady who welcomed me at the reception was so good even though I was panicking my friend was lost and not with me, her demeanour was reassuring. I will be attending again from the security at the door, staff were so helpful.

Lovely atmosphere very nice people excellent treatments.
The only thing that could be improved is the crossover time am/pm as there’s not a lot of room in changing rooms

I came with my friend for spa use and treatments. We were greeted at the reception where we filled the forms and taken to the changing room. We have shared use of spa facilities with another 2 people and we had a fantastic time. After we have been taken for our treatments. I had a massage and body wrap. My therapist was exceptional. She explained the steps, asked if I was happy with the pressure during the massage and during the wrap I had a head massage. Fabulous! I would highly recommend.
