An overall wonderful experience we had. The spa was very clean, the staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious spa day in London

I had the body scrub and facial - absolutely brilliant. I came out feeling elevated and rejuvenated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the changing rooms are a bit small.

Lovely experience and day out. I had the 30minute massage and then body scrub, would recommend. The staff at the spa and hotel were brilliant, friendly, professional and welcoming.
